By accessing and using the INVEX website and participating in our National Dealership Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. National Dealership Network

The INVEX National Dealership Network connects authorized showrooms with EV brands. By joining our network as a dealer:

  • You agree to operate in accordance with INVEX brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • You acknowledge that business success and sales performance vary based on location, market conditions, and operational execution.
  • You agree to the specific duration and obligations outlined in your authorized dealership agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and enrollment process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of INVEX or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall INVEX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
